We recommend serving Penderyn neat, with a few drops of spring water or with ice.
Aromas of fresh apples and citrus fruits intermingle with cream fudge and sultana raisins in the nose to create a complex yet fresh, clean and well-balanced whisky.
The original Penderyn in this bottle has been aged in ex-bourbon barrels and finished in ex-Madeira wine casks to bring out its full golden character. At a generous 41% ABV, it has a classic freshness with aromas of cream toffee, rich fruit and raisins. The palate is crisp and finely rounded, with the sweetness to balance an appetising dryness. Notes of tropical fruit, raisins and vanilla persist in the finish. The unique distillation process produces a single malt whisky that is supremely smooth, light in character, softly golden in colour and does not require chill filtering.'- Dr Jim Swan
Fresh and lively, Myth has mixed citrus fruits mingling with apple, pear drops and the merest hint of tropical fruits
Penderyn Myth is beautifully presented in an elegant and classy slate grey presentation box, featuring an animated illustration of a red dragon, which is an all important symbol from the Welsh national flag

Mild aromas of peat smoke, early morning at a rocky seaside and warm marmalade-on-toast all compete for our attention.
In the mouth it begins with great sweetness before the smoky, slightly medicinal flavours descend. Slight bitterness follows that leaves a long lingering fresh taste in the mouth.
On the 27th January 1973, in a packed Cardiff Arms Park, when the All Blacks' wing Bryan Williams kicked a high ball into the Barbarians twenty-two, little did he think that less than thirty astonishing seconds later the Baa-Baas would score the greatest try ever seen.
This memorable moment in sporting history is recounted with full approval, and by kind permission, of the Barbarian Football Club, whose famous colours and distinctive bade have been the hallmark of fair play and open rugby for the past 125 years.
